Our client is a prestigious Early Learning School on the outskirt of Wokingham, Berkshire, based in a recently refurbished beautiful building with extensive grounds, modern and stylish rooms and great facilities for the children. They accommodate children from 3 months to 5 years old and their philosophy is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.
Due to expansion, they currently have vacancies for full-time Nursery Practitioners. Suitable candidates will have NVQ Level 3 in Early Years or will be working towards it. Or hold another recognised qualification at NVQ Level 3 or above. Having knowledge and/or experience of teaching the ELS school range, using the Reggio Emilia approach would be desirable.
They are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills; motivated, enthusiastic and flexible approach to work; the ability to form caring and trusting relationships with the children and their families and with the desire for continuous learning and self development. Successful applicants will demonstrate excellent problem solving skills; the ability to be team members, and a kind and gentle nature.
