The ideal candidate will not only possess the required skill sets & qualifications but they will also have a real drive to grow within the company. THE ROLE Will include but not be limited to the following: Managing a portfolio of clients varying across multiple industries Preparation of limited company accounts, partnership accounts & sole traders Monitor the development of junior staff members adapting the plan as & when needed Communicate with directors on finished jobs as & when requested by a manager Oversee completion of audit & accounts jobs, assisting other members of the team if needed Maintain effective communication to all parties within the team when working on projects Attend marketing/networking events to generate new business as required by directors SALARY Negotiable dependant on experience THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will be self motivated, hard working, pay great attention to detail and punctual. They will have knowledge of accounting & audit rules, ability to take responsibility and communicate confidently & efficiently. They will be able to interact with staff members of all levels, keep up to date with new legislations and work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
