We`re looking for an established Senior Internal Communications Manager with commercial internal communications experience working for a big retail brand or at a senior level for an internal communications agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career by working in a 12 month contract position for an impressive challenger brand in Bristol. As the company are continuing to grow, this is a really exciting time for someone to join the team!
The experience we need.
- 5 years+ experience in communications with a track record of delivering successful internal communication campaigns
- Experience producing engaging content including intranet communication plans and strategy
- Experience in rolling out internal migration or transformation programmes on cloud based platforms
- Influential and pro-active, with the ability to manage a small team and work closely with board level stakeholders
- Experience in managing large, corporate events
- Personable, resilient, dynamic and confident in managing your own workload
The role.
As the Senior Internal Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal part in developing the multi-channel strategy for key internal communication campaigns as well as managing plans for the company`s intranet which is going through an extensive migration programme. You will be involved in content creation to ensure the balance and tone of voice are representative of the business needs and strategy. You will also be involved in the management of key events as well as the company`s annual conference.
