Ideal candidate will have knowledge / experience of:
-Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 or Azure
-Active Directory
-Windows Server
-Windows Operating Systems
-SCCM
-Networking
-Hyper-V or VMware

-Excellent communication skills
-Proven experience providing excellent customer service
