Key components of this role will include English Intervention, 1-2-1 Mentoring and small group sessions. A strong commitment to raising aspirations and attainment is key, as is the ability to set high demands. To be successful in this English Academic Mentor Role, you'll need a good English Degree, with Strong A-Level and GCSEs, in English.
