From September, this exceptional Harrow school wants to appoint a English Academic Mentor to support students across KS4 and KS5. As an Academic Mentor, you'll only be working within the English department, and you'll be line managed by an inspirational Head of Department. Key components of this role will include English Intervention, 1-2-1 Mentoring and small group sessions. A strong commitment to raising aspirations and attainment is key, as is the ability to set high demands. To be successful in this English Academic Mentor Role, you'll need a good English Degree, with Strong A-Level and GCSEs, in English.
