Sales Negotiator
A great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent Sales Team based in the heart of Twickenham. Established in 1890 and one of the only independent local Agents.
You must be energetic and enthusiastic, looking for a long term career in the sector. Responsibilities will include:
- Organising and Expanding applicant database
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating Sales
- Build on rapport with Clients, keeping in regular contact.
- Contribute to company marketing strategies
The following are vital in order to be considered for this role:
- Experience within a similar role
- Strong Administration and IT skiills
- A full clean UK drivers licence
- Own your own car.
The package for suitable candidates will be as follows:
- GBP15000.00 per annum, 10% commission (OTE GBP25000.00-GBP30000.00
- Car allowance
- Petrol allowance
- Hours 9am-6pm Monday-Friday
- 9am-3pm Alternate Saturdays
