Head of Hardware, Principle Electronics Engineer, Hardware Team Lead, Electronics Manager

An exciting new start-up that I am working with is currently looking to take on a Hardware Team lead to join the company and build a team of Electronics Design Engineers in developing the forefront of Automotive technology. This revolutionary new technology has a version of their product aimed towards consumers and industrial customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a passionate team and have a huge impact on the future of their hardware development.

You will be a hands-on leader that will be the authorities figure within the R&D of hardware products and ensure projects work is scheduled and completed on time and on budget.

Required Skills

A Degree within Electronic Engineering or similar field
At least of 7 years of experience in product design as an Electronic Engineer
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams within Hardware Design
Experience of working to compliance standards
Experience of PCB Design and Schematic Capture
