I'm partnering an outstanding banking organisation in London who are undergoing a major digital transformation and require a Digital Product Manager to help in their quest for digital banking excellence. They have been investing heavily in digital, having recognised that this should be their core area of growth with more and more customers going online whether it be via mobile, tablet or laptop.
They have committed to a material investment in digital, recognizing that digital should become the core growth engine of the bank. To support this growth, they are planning to double the size of their digital team in order to deliver a differentiated digital experience. They need people who are excited about being part of this challenge.
As a Digital Product Manager, your main responsibilities will include the management and enhancement of existing products; liaising with key partners in order to support commercial and marketing plans; establishing relationships with stakeholders by collaborating with key internal functions; be supportive of product ownership and facilitate new digital propositions and products which will maximise revenue streams and profitability for the bank.
This opportunity as a Digital Product Manager would be ideal for someone who has experience of working within Product Management or Development (within Financial Services), Financial Services Strategy Consulting, FinTech or the Financial Product Innovation space. Financial Services experience would be highly advantageous but candidates from a heavily data driven organisation will also be considered.
Due to the nature of the role and the direction that the company is taking, you will need to have a good understanding of customer journeys and how they can be delivered from a digital front, with the ability to work with UX/UI experts a crucial aspect of the role.
As well as the opportunity to work in an innovative and collaborative team within a major banking organisation, they are offering a generous basic salary of GBP45,000-GBP55,000 (DOE) plus performance related bonus and an excellent range of company benefits.
