Lettings Negotiator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join an award winning, energetic and experienced Estate Agents in Bishopston.
You will be working Monday to Friday 8.45am-6.00pm with 2 rota'd 6.30pm finishes & alternate Saturday's 9am-4pm (with lieu day in the week) and receive a salary GBP16k-GBP18k dependent upon experience with a realistic OTE of GBP20k-GBP22k.
Principle Accountabilities:
-Generate, arrange and carry out viewings of properties to let
-Build and maintain long term relationships with Landlords
-Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to

-Ability to maintain challenging workload
-Ability to achieve targets and to manage your time accordingly
-Ability to work long hours
-Ability to adhere to the latest lettings legislation
