Digital Marketing Assessor - Brighton, East Sussex
We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Assessor for a growing training provider based in Brighton, East Sussex. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of training in a digital market. You will have a A+ and MCITP/MCDST and hold a up to date DBS check.
Role responsibilities include:
To act in the best interests of our customers whether they are our learners, their employers or the organisations that fund work based learning
To deliver classroom-based sessions to Apprentices associated with the Digital Marketing program
To assess the Apprentices competency in the workplace in line with the Digital Marketing program
To ensure Apprentices receive timely workplace reviews and assessments in the workplace
To ensure each group of Apprentices are following the agreed program and schedule
To actively support Apprentices within the Academy and the workplace
To report Apprentice issues to the Academy Manager
To deal with any disciplinary and classroom management issues
To mentor Apprentices to achieve and learn professional skills required for the work place
This role requires all or many of the following attributes:
90% retention and completion of Apprentices
Positive Apprentice relationships (reviews and Apprentice surveys)
It is imperative that all documentation related to funding and audit requirements are 100% accurate and to ensure that all claims are made on time to the relevant funder
To identify opportunities to enhance the work with our key stakeholders
There will be a responsibility to keep CPD detail live and current and to register with the IfL
Tracking and monitoring processes will be developed and embedded to ensure data and records are accessible and accurate.
Good customer awareness, ability to manage customer expectations.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Self-starter, self-motivated, team player.
Able to work under pressure and against timelines.
Excellent MS Office experience, Word, Outlook, Excel
Excellent numerical and literacy skills are essential
Good telephone manner
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this full time role is GBP30,000 per annum
20 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension Scheme.
