The role:
The successful Technical Support Manager will be responsible for providing technical support for all customer technical enquiries, resolving complex hardware / software issues on the company's products that may arise, whilst providing a high quality of service for both external and internal customers.

You will also be required to attend site visits to investigate or resolve product issues, as well as to delivery product training.

Requirements:
• Previous experience within the fire industry, within a Technical Support role
• Excellent knowledge of fire systems (Notifier, Morley etc)
• Good IT skills including SAP, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
