We are seeking two experienced Senior Project Managers (Change Managers) to plan, design and manage large-scale business change projects from initiation through to implementation stages. This will combine process improvement and technology projects including involvement in a Cambridge Assessment wide IT transformation project.

We are looking for an excellent communicator with outstanding analytical, consultative, project management and change management skills. You will identify the key stakeholders and work with them to identify and rationalise requirement for business change. You will need to influence others to your point of view and negotiate effectively with internal senior stakeholders, clients and suppliers. You should have the ability to constructively challenge the status quo to come up with improved solutions.
If you have previously held influential roles in other change project environments, with particular experience in integrated people, process and technology change, then we would like to hear from you.
