Due to the speed in which we are growing, we are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to enhance our Education Recruitment Team in the Mold branch on a Primary desk. There is an opportunity to manage and grow an existing client base in addition to new business sales activities.

Your interpersonal skills will be impeccable and you will be able to manage your own time and workload efficiently. The role is a full 360 degree Recruitment Consultant role with the opportunity to earn a fantastic bonus on, what we believe, is the best commission scheme in the Industry.

The ideal candidate will already have proven success in a Recruitment Consultant role. You will be strong willed, be a great team player, ambitious and be determined to succeed in an extremely pressurised and competitive environment.
