DevOps Engineer for retail bank Edinburgh GBP45-55k Your new company Your new company is a well known retail bank based in Edinburgh. They have a newly created CIO function which is growing steadily. Your new role Your new role as a DevOps engineer will involve supporting changes to business applications in production and all non-production environments . You will manage the implementation of the following of DevOps processes. You will review activities across the software build and infrastructure provisioning and will provide 2nd/3rd line support on business applications. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you'll need a solid background working in a DevOps environment, and 2nd/3rd line experience, You will have good understanding of system administration tasks on a mixture of the following platforms: Cloud Platforms Windows Linux JEE Application servers What you'll get in return In return, you'll receive a generous salary and benefits package including pension, bonus and a variety of company discounts.
