Hunter Global are recruiting on behalf of a prestigeous client for an Architect to be based in the Newark area.
Vacancy Information
• Our client is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team based in the Newark area.
• The suitable candidate would be someone with 5+ years' experience who should have excellent people skills, design and presentation experience and a sound technical knowledge of construction detailing and technical compliance.
• The candidate will have a background in retail development (shell and/or fit out) would be beneficial as the role will include working on a new roll out of stores for a major national retailer.
• Other typical projects would include industrial / commercial developments, housing developments, insurance reinstatement works and there is the opportunity to manage the day to day running of these projects if the candidate has sufficient experience.
• The projects are being designed in Revit so knowledge in this respect would be beneficial although not essential.
• Experience in other CAD packages and Photoshop/Sketch up would also be beneficial.
