Governance, Risk and Compliance Consultant
Home based role
Salary: Circa £85k plus package
Permanent, Full time 

My client, a global Risk Management Services provider, is recruiting for a Governance, Risk and Compliance Consultant to join them on a permanent basis. 

The Governance, Risk, and Compliance Consultant will be responsible for providing billable consultancy services and initiating/supporting sales cycles (primarily for eLearning and software projects) as well as thought leadership.  Additionally the role will involve developing and executing strategies to continually improve EMEA Advisory Services across regions, as well as supporting the design, delivery and execution of consulting, training, and advisory services to our internal teams in complex client engagements.

To be considered for the role we are looking for the following Experience, Skillset, and Interpersonal Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a risk/compliance role;
  • Working knowledge of corporate risk, compliance and business ethics;
  • Certified Governance, Risk and Compliance background;
  • Track record of delivering successful consulting assignments;
  • Ability to use experience and judgment to advise business clients and internal teams on appropriate risk, compliance and ethics programmes as well as learning/software solutions;   
  • Strong attention to detail alongside the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects to deadlines;
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; the successful candidate must be able to clearly and concisely present and discuss programmes and solutions to Senior Executives, Partners, and prospects (including General Counsels and Chief Compliance Officers);
  • Ability to work successfully independently and in a team environment and to build peer-to-peer relationships.
