Senior Business Analyst/Lead - Brighton

My Financial Services client based in Brighton is looking to recruit a Senior Business Analysis who thrives in a fast paced & dynamic working environment. The successful individual will understand the importance that you and the team play in the success of projects and the overall performance of the organisation.

The key duties of the position are:

• Lead the effective delivery of projects that enables the business to deliver its strategy.
• Guide the users and senior stakeholders in understanding and accepting change

Support change and new ways of working and owning the delivery of key outcomes to drive improvement and Identify, establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders.

Take the Lead on very complex & diverse programmes of work and liaise with peers across the department and across the business to promote new ways of working

You will have a successful background in BA function & a practical background in delivering business change

Show real evidence of delivering complex analysis and understanding of business requirements in order to establish suitable solutions and a proven track record in lead BA role on complex projects with budgets that run into the Millions

You will either have a strong understanding of or have working knowledge of UML, BPMN, JIRA, Kanban, MS Visio, MS Project, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, ITSM, TOGAF, Data Security, Big Data, CRM, Digital, Document Management
