This leisure management company is now seeking a Duty Manager to join their dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum two years supervisory experience in a leisure environment and will be energetic, committed and who strives to deliver excellent customer service. Working hours will 37 per week to include evenings and weekends on a shift basis.

Job purpose
Assist the Leisure Manager with the safe, efficient and effective management of the Leisure Centre, deputising in their absence.

Assist the Leisure Manager to communicate, implement and achieve the centers annual target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), aims and objectives, providing leadership, motivation and coaching to Team members.

Essential attributes:
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience within a leisure/pool environment
- Previous duty management experience in a related environment
- I.T. competent
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation within the leisure industry
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
- 5 GCSEs Grad C or above inc. maths & English or equivalent

- Leisure Management Qualification
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- Pool Plant Qualification
- Current First Aid Qualification
