About the job
In this job opportunity, you'll be required to collect any outstanding charges from tenants via phone, email or letter to recover outstanding sums whilst updating tenant records accordingly. You will have regular meetings with managers to provide information on arrears and statistics. In addition, you shall need to liaise with and assist the Treasury Team over fund allocations and ensure that unallocated cash is kept to a minimum. Preparation of reports as required for Clients both internally and externally. Your targets will be set by Management and your targets will need to be met. Adhoc duties will be assigned in this job to assist the team.
About you
You'll be knowledgeable of credit control and basic processes with good excel skills. In this job, communication skills are mandatory so you'll need to have a great verbal and written ability. You must be able to work well under pressure and to prioritise according to set targets.
