The successful Recruitment Co-ordinator will join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract and will receive a competitive salary of up to £25,575per annum.

Arriva Transport Solutions Ltd (ATSL) is a specialist transport business within the Arriva group offering high quality non-emergency patient transport across the health sector.

Key responsibilities as our Recruitment Co-ordinator:

- Posting job adverts

- Filtering CVs

- Managing recruitment in box

- Allocating candidates to assessment days

- Managing assessment days

- Liaising with candidates and ensuring they bring all relevant documentation to interview and providing a positive candidate experience.

- Ensuring correct paperwork is sent for each role to HR to process

- Following recruitment process through from posting roles to job offer.

- Supporting colleagues through the recruitment process and updating accordingly

- Managing the recruitment database

- Ensuring colleagues are supported with all aspects of recruitment.

- Other general recruitment related duties
