Bookkeeper / Administrator
Access Hire Company South Manchester require a Bookkeeper / Administrator.
Working in a small, hectic environment day to day duties include but not restricted to;
- Processing Sales + Purchase Invoices
- VAT returns
- Bank reconciliations
- Liaising with clients/suppliers dealing with queries
- Payroll
- General administration duties
Ideally you will have;
- Previous bookkeeping experience (preferable Sage 50)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience completing vat returns
- Proactive approach to workload
- Experience of Sage 50 payroll
- Pensions
Hours of work - approx 25hrs per week hours to suit
Holidays - 20 days plus bank holidays
Salary dependant upon experience
