Bookkeeper / Administrator

Access Hire Company South Manchester require a Bookkeeper / Administrator.

Working in a small, hectic environment day to day duties include but not restricted to;

  • Processing Sales + Purchase Invoices
  • VAT returns
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Liaising with clients/suppliers dealing with queries
  • Payroll
  • General administration duties

Ideally you will have;

  • Previous bookkeeping experience (preferable Sage 50)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience completing vat returns
  • Proactive approach to workload
  • Experience of Sage 50 payroll
  • Pensions

Hours of work - approx 25hrs per week hours to suit
Holidays - 20 days plus bank holidays

Salary dependant upon experience
