A small but expanding firm of Chartered Accountants based in Gloucester currently seek to recruit an Accounts & Tax Semi Senior to join their team.
Working under the supervision of senior staff your duties will consist of:
* Working with a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
* Preparation of year end accounts and financial statements
* Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns, and provision of advice
* VAT and bookkeeping
* Management accounting
* Resolution of client queries
This role would suit a candidate who can demonstrate the following:
Relevant candidates will have recent experience within accountancy practice and will have had exposure to accounts prep and tax work. You will be AAT qualified and ideally be currently studying towards a further qualification, e.g. ACCA, ACA or CTA.
