Are you finance savvy and seeking a part-time office based opportunity?
Our client in the centre of Yeovil, Somerset is seeking a finance assistant to join their welcoming team on a permanent basis.
In return you will receive GBP18,000-GBP20,000 pro rata depending on your skills and qualifications, holiday pay and free onsite parking.
You will provide support to the companies finance team. Duties include; preparing invoices, banking cheques, liaising with other teams on credit card expenses and handle any other general finance queries.
This is a part-time role, working 08:30-17:00 3 days a week. Ideal to fit around any other commitments you may have such as the school run. The exact working days are flexible and can be negotiated at the interview.
Our ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator and have the ability to work in a team as well as one your own. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and pick up new tasks quickly and efficiently is also important.
If you have an understanding of foreign exchange and currency contracts this would be highly advantageous, however not essential for the right candidate.
