Job Title: Residential Senior Support Worker - To cover maternity
Vetting Level: The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Reporting to: Home Manager/Principal Manager/CEO
Specific Role Purpose:
Required to work alongside and in conjunction with the Registered Home Manager, to ensure the effective running and high standards of Lisieux Trust Residential Home is managed and maintained.
Responsible for meeting the personal needs of residents, in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence, using a person-centred approach.
In the absence of the Home Manager be responsible for making day-to-day decisions about the running of the service, in partnership with their Line Manager and Lisieux Trusts’ Aims and Objectives.
In supporting the management team of Lisieux Trust, the Residential Senior Support Worker will interact frequently with team members, to ensure a good flow of communication and high standards of service delivery, in ways that encourage personal development, knowledge and understanding.
