We are a property developer and letting agency who require a reliable and experienced general property maintenance worker to maintain 3 student properties within the Preston area.
We offer:
- Permanent position
- Full time - 40 hours per week – 8.00am to 16.30pm Monday to Friday, with 30 minutes lunch break
- Rate of pay – Dependent on experience
Requirements:
- Knowledge of property maintenance trades
- Able to work effectively as part of a small maintenance team
- Able to work on own initiative
