We are looking for a confident and technically minded individual to join our Customer Support Team. This role will be working on our technical desk so an interest and understanding of basic IT practices and problem solving would be highly advantageous.

If you are passionate about problem solving and customer service and exceeding expectations time and time again for both internal and external customers, then this may be the opportunity for you.

The purpose of Technical Support:

  • To be the first point of contact for all candidate and client enquiries through a telephone support line, email and live chat
  • Listen, probe and analyse enquiries to determine and meet the underlying needs of the customer
  • Creating tickets for the development team
  • Over the phone technical support through to resolution
  • Problem solve within a dynamic environment
  • Take ownership of tickets and correspond with the clients for updates and fixes
  • Manage client expectations
  • Provide solutions, through quality communication, leading to a fast and efficient customer experience
  • Skills & Knowledge required:

  • Working in a Technical Support role previously is advantageous
  • Delivering a first class customer experience and the ability to learn quickly
  • The successful candidate will be intelligent, articulate and have a very positive personality
  • The confidence and ability to learn and develop new processes and procedures through continuous improvement
  • Excellent IT skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet target deadlines
  • Have a confident, personable attitude and the drive to deliver set objectives
  • Excellent time keeping with the ability to multitask, effectively prioritise and juggle a large workload is essential
  • The ability to work effectively with a variety of customers at all levels
  • This would be an ideal entry level opportunity for an enthusiastic person looking to get into Software Support. You will be joining an experienced team of support specialists and full training will be given to the successful candidate.
