Customer Service/Guest Experience Assistant
We are THORPE PARK Resort and we are part of the magical Merlin Entertainments!
Assisting guests with enquiries and accessibility across resort, handling any complaints guests have both on the day and after their visit.

We are looking for people who can work Full Time, Part Time and during school/college/university holidays. Our positions are seasonal with contracts on offer until 1st November 2017. We have a variety of shifts available including early mornings, day time, evenings and night shifts, with contracts ranging from 5 - 35 hours.
