Our client are seeking a Chef De Partie x 2 to join their dedicated brigade, for a fresh food, full service restaurant, Casual Restuarant, have a understanding of C&B and Weddings in the Maidstone, Ashford, Sittingbourne areas
GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 + Progression
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie used to high volumes to really make an impact and relaunch our offer!
Chef De Partie - Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie to join our motivated and focused Kitchen Brigade. As Chef de Partie you will produce fresh food and help transit the existing restaurant to standards using the finest and freshest ingredients.
You will be enthusiastic, passionate, able to demonstrate strong craft skills whilst remaining calm under pressure. We have a fantastic team with great development opportunities and you will maintain good supplier relationships and all Health & Safety in the kitchen.
