Using and adapting your experience and aptitude you challenge the 'status quo', liaise with a wide number of stakeholders and champion a successful outcome. Working in a challenging role in a dynamic and fast paced environment you will be part of a team working with a variety of projects and programmes that are store facing. To be a success you will have business analysis and process change experience in any industry but with a preference in IT. You will be used to working with a variety of methodologies within a fast paced environment where, change is constant and where you have the ability to demonstrate how you influence, challenge and manage conflict resolution. Your self-starting approach, initiative and ability to lead from the front are what sets you apart from your peers.
