Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant/West Midlands/GBP60,000
My client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, are looking for an established Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join their team. Based in the West Midlands, they work with SMB organisations to help them understand, design and deliver innovative sales and service excellence solutions in order to drive their business' forwards. All projects within their pipeline are innovative and forward thinking, striving to lead the way within the industry.
Offering a competitive benefits package including a salary of between GBP55,000 - GBP60,000, 10% pension scheme, annual bonus based on individual performance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, % home working and subsidized travel.
The role is focused upon building strong, long lasting relationships with all customers and keeping in contact throughout projects to ensure a smooth process. You will be responsible for running workshops to understand and gather customer requirements, then documenting these requirements. Once the system is running you will deliver training workshops allocating time to any individuals who may be struggling, not allowing anyone to fall behind. Finally, you will provide support to the Sales Team in the development of new Dynamics CRM/365 sales opportunities.
