Using all of your great training experience you will design and deliver workshops and training to team members across our retail stores. You will deliver a quality and consistent experience of practical group workshops that is part of an overall blended learning framework. The Regional Trainer will combine their specialist Optical, Audiology and Customer Service skills with their training delivery experience to facilitate workshops to team members in all areas of the business - Optics, Audiology and Healthcall in the UK/ROI. The scope will include facilitating content across optical, customer service, dementia awareness and audiology disciplines. A delivery focussed role, responsible for facilitating a quality and consistent range of practical group workshops as part of overall blended learning framework and any annual plan national projects. The role will require frequent travel to training locations within a geographical area but will include travel nationally within the UK and Ireland. The majority of the role will be delivering workshops, however there will be a requirement to spend time on evaluation, data analysis, workshop administration and preparation, driving course capacity, self-development, supporting project work as required and working alongside the key stakeholders to advocate a learning culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering effective group workshops as well as being a skilled facilitator who is able to coach and challenge. You will have strong self management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage a busy workload.
