The first point customer support is a key and integral part of our overall client service and our Client Contact Unit are looking for representatives who know how to demonstrate an expert hand with a human touch.
Expert hand human touch is about providing the very best level of service for our clients. The team specialise in road traffic accidents and are responsible for guiding our clients through the process of making a legal claim following a road traffic accident. You'll be able to use your knowledge gained in training and your approachable and caring manner to make sure that everyone you speak to will put the phone down feeling valued and that you have done the upmost to help.
Each call you will receive is different and we value representatives who can be pioneering in a challenging situation and tenacious to ensure the best possible outcome for your clients. The team work in a friendly and supportive environment and are focused on the quality of service rather than targets and commission.
The Training
We will provide you with comprehensive training and will support you in career development. There are opportunities for employees who demonstrate our core values and have the ambition to progress. But to begin all you need is the aptitude to learn, some customer service experience and the right attitude to develop as part of an ambitious and rewarding team.
The Hours
With flexibility the role will involve working on a rota basis between the hours of 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 8am-6pm on Saturday and 9.30am-5.30pm on Sunday. This includes public bank holidays.
The Benefits
As a Customer Support Representative we will offer the opportunity to earn a starting salary of GBP15,015 which will increase subject to performance review.
