Job Description LOCATION: Spalding, Lincolnshire
JOB TITLE: Production Supervisor
SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive, depending on experience
WORKING HOURS: Full Time, 40 hours per week + overtime
THE COMPANY: Our client is based in Spalding and produce in excess of 2 million plants per year for the retail market. The entire range is container grown and production is year round to fulfil all the demands of the market place. An amazing opportunity has arisen for Production Supervisor to join their team.
THE ROLE: We are looking for a Production Supervisor to ensure optimum production from their team.
THE CANDIDATE: For the role of Production Supervisor you will have good time keeping skills, be reliable and trustworthy. You must be a good team player with excellent communication skills. You will need to live within a commutable distance to Spalding.
Key experience essential for the role of Production Supervisor:-
• Preferred Horticultural experience.
• Experience in a responsible position or supervising / lineleading.is desirable
• A minimum of 2 years working within a production environment
• Foreign languages would be desirable but not essential
