Company Accountant - Wakefield

This is a varied and hands on role, reporting into the Managing Director of a profitable and expanding business based in Wakefield. You will be responsible for all areas of finance including preparing monthly management accounts, preparing quarterly VAT returns, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, management of sales and purchase ledger, cash flow forecasting and ad hoc project work. As well as being technically strong, this opportunity will suit a commercially minded individual who is able to see the bigger picture and ensure business systems and processes are continually being improved and optimised. You will also possess good interpersonal and organisational skills. Knowledge of Sage Line 50 will also be an advantage.
