In return, the Recruitment Coordinator will receive a salary of GBP21,000 - GBP23,400 per annum depending on skills and experience.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Developing a good understanding of client's operation, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- Maximising fulfilment to achieve KPIs and adhering to a Service Level Agreement
- Resourcing and interviewing candidates
- Providing administrative support to ensure all policies and procedures are followed as per company audit guidelines
- Organising inductions of new employees and introducing candidates to the client
- Daily planning / booking / management of temporary work force
- Processing payroll.
- Fluent English
- Previous experience or within a similar role as a Resourcer, Onsite Consultant
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Excellent PC skills (inc. Microsoft Excel & Word)
- Own transport due to the location of the role.
