Property Maintenance Engineer - Field Based

This is an opportunity to join a well established commercial maintenance servicing company with over 20 years experience, accredited by Safe contractor and are Refcom and Gas Safe registered.

They have a position for a mobile commercial property maintenance engineer. A full clean UK drivers license is a must. Candidates ideally need to be located in London or the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Carrying out commercial property servicing and maintenance repairs which include Air conditioning, heating, ventilation, water servicing, Lighting and basic plumbing. Excellent communication and people skills are required as this role is customer facing. All their work is based within Central London and the surrounding areas.

Requirements:

- Full Clean UK drivers license
- Must be NICEIC registered
- Must be Gas Safe registered 5+ years relevant work experience in this field.
- Fully qualified Heating Engineer qualifications including COCN1, CODNCO1, ICPN1, TPCP1
- City in Guilds NVQ Level 3 plumbing and heating qualification
- Have the equivalent to 5 years post qualification work experience
- Have experience of commercial & domestic maintenance work
- Have excellent diagnostic skills
- Maintenance / repair / fault finding experience
- Must be a competent Plumber
- Motivated working with excellent customer service skills
