Machine Operative
Branston Ltd is the leading supplier of fresh produce to Tesco. Vacancies have arisen due to expansion to join our growing business committee to developing people and systems and delivering a first class service to our customers.
You'll be responsible for the day to day running of the packing lines. Key duties will involve;
?? Ensuring the smooth running of machinery whilst meeting production targets
?? Adhering to safety, hygiene (clean as you go policy) and quality systems
Knowledge of machinery, good communication and numeracy skills are essential.
Hours of work:
Shift B - Wednesday afternoon (12:30pm - Finish), Thursday, Friday and Saturday (6.30am - Finish)
Some 6:30am starts
Approximately 36.75 hours per week
GBP7.98 training rate, GBP8.62 trained
Shift A - Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (7am - Finish) and Wednesday (7am - 12:30pm)
Some 6:30am starts
Approximately 36.75 hours per week
GBP7.98 training rate, GBP8.62 trained
This position is based in Ilminster. Living within a 20 mile radius would be ideal, and if looking to relocate, please state this on your application
