Are you a technically aware, self-motivated and highly organised Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering objectives to time, cost and quality? Do you have proven ability in simultaneously managing a broad mix of technical, operational, due diligence, supplier management and client facing tasks and activities? Are you skilled and experienced in process re-engineering, writing requirements or functional specifications? Do you have a track history of working within a highly regulated, financial, public sector or business process outsourcing (BPO) industry sector? Are you willing and able to travel frequently within the UK, with occasional overnight stays?

Job Overview:
As Senior Business Analyst you will lead analytical services to support the delivery of fit for purpose client solutions that meet the client's requirements and needs.
You will be able to expertly use a selection of wide and varied analysis tools and techniques to perform at the level required, and be competent in all types of analysis assignments including business process analysis and re-engineering, requirement elicitation and documentation, due diligence analysis and bespoke reports. You will lead larger scale analysis assignments and initiatives without the need for supervision, and provide mentoring, guidance, feedback and development support for less experienced or newer colleagues.
You will support Solution Architects, Project Managers, Lead Business Analyst and Business Analysis Manager in the delivery of documentation and sourcing of information throughout the solution design, due diligence and project delivery lifecycle. Your duties will include obtaining requirements, technical and operational information from both clients and colleagues using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, requirements documentation (functional and non-functional), surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. This permanent job opportunity will be based in Luton, Bedfordshire; working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. Frequent travel to Williams Lea Tag and client sites within the UK will be required for periods of time with overnight stays, as and when required.

Required Experience:
We are looking for an exceptionally talented and technically aware Senior / Lead Business Analyst, ideally from a business process outsourcing (BPO), print, transactional mail, highly regulated, financial or public sector background with a proven track record in delivering objectives to time, cost and quality. You will be skilled in leading analysis teams on large projects or programmes and experienced in process re-engineering, writing requirements or functional specifications. You will have the ability to simultaneously manage a broad mix of technical, operational, due diligence, supplier management and client facing tasks and activities. You will be comfortable and confident in communicating and interacting with senior stakeholders within the business, with clients, and with 3rd party suppliers.
