JOB TITLE: Sales & Customer Service Representative
SALARY & BENEFITS: Excellent salary plus commission and excellent working conditions and good long term prospects
WORKING HOURS: Full Time
THE COMPANY: Our client are a family owned provider of home collected credit, financial and retail services at the lowest cost to their customers our client can achieve. They have 15 Branches across the East Midlands, South Yorkshire and East Anglia, and with over 100 years of experience in the home collected credit market providing loans and retail consumer credit to generations of families. Due to continued growth and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salesperson / Collector to join our client's existing branch in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
THE ROLE: As a Sales & Customer Service Representative you'll come to view the job as running your own small business, you can develop the role to serve more customers and earn more money. If you are motivated by money you'll enjoy the ability to control your own earnings. You will service existing customers, obtain loan and retail orders and generate new leads through weekly visits to existing customers to collect repayments and manage customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales & Customer Service Representative's role in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire include:
Identify new sales opportunities and act on them
Generate new leads and grow customer database
Promote and generate sales related to retail products
Help and assist borrowers to manage their finances
*This is not an exhaustive list of duties
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Sales & Customer Service Representative's role must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle. You should be naturally self motivated and enthusiastic person who also has good planning/organisation skills as well as excellent one to one communication skills. It is essential you are able to work into the early evening when occasionally needed. Although not essential, any previous experience within Insurance or Money lending industry would be especially welcome, as would candidates with previous Sales Experience although this is not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate.
Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Sales & Customer Service Representative's role in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire :-
Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have use of your own vehicle
Must be a motivated and enthusiastic person
Excellent organisational and one to one communication skills essential
Must be flexible with the hours you can work and be available to work occasionally into the early evening
Must live in or within easy commutable distance to Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
