Responsibilities
• Ensuring to create a pleasant and peaceful environment by undertaking a variety of care duties whilst promoting the dignity, privacy and encouragement of independence of residents
• Provide support, empathy and companionship for the residents
• Personal care – washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding and any other personal needs
• Assisting with the preparation of serving meals and other domestic tasks should it be necessary
• Feeding back any concerns and risks to the office

Experience is desirable however not essential, just a genuine positive attitude with a passion for caring.

Permanent employees will be encouraged and required to complete their NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
