Internal Sales Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven sales administrator on a full time basis to work within our busy sales office in Sunderland.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Speaking with existing and potential clients to generate and increase sales.
  • Quotation preparation and expediting
  • General material purchasing
  • Handling incoming calls to the sales office and resolving queries
  • General sales administration duties

Candidate Requirements

  • Be confident communicating at all levels, delivering excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills.
  • A motivated working attitude.
  • Previous experience of working within a busy sales office.
  • Experience of working within the fluid power industry would be advantageous.
  • Strong Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge.
