Internal Sales Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven sales administrator on a full time basis to work within our busy sales office in Sunderland.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Speaking with existing and potential clients to generate and increase sales.
- Quotation preparation and expediting
- General material purchasing
- Handling incoming calls to the sales office and resolving queries
- General sales administration duties
Candidate Requirements
- Be confident communicating at all levels, delivering excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
- Good telephone manner and communication skills.
- A motivated working attitude.
- Previous experience of working within a busy sales office.
- Experience of working within the fluid power industry would be advantageous.
- Strong Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge.
