Woodcroft is a 60-bed care home located on the southern side of Abergele Road in Trowbridge. It provides a modern, homely setting for older people who are frail and those who may need EMI care.
We have a variety of positions available, covering days and nights, full time and part time.
The successful applicants will work as part of a team in meeting and maintaining the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. They will also assist in the care of the residents’ physical environment and in the general day-to-day activities of the Home.
