Our Client is looking for professional customer service advisors who are passionate about delivering superior service and who possess exceptional communication skills to engage with and support their customers.

Their customers are the heart of their business, so they need confident, self-motivated and adaptable people to help them maintain and grow their organisation. To join their team, you'll have already cut your teeth in a fast-moving customer service role and be able to demonstrate a talent for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll have a minimum of:

• GSCE / Standard grades in English and Maths to grade C
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Capability in handling challenging situations
• Ability to build rapport with your customers and colleagues
• A range of I.T. systems, including MS Office, and have an aptitude for learning new skills and processes quickly.
