Due to business expansion our client, has asked for us to assist in the hire of an IT Business Analyst for their offices based in Salisbury. This role requires the successful candidate to work in a small team of IT staff to complete Software orientated tasks. They will need to work closely with all staff across the business and the management team to map, define and document business processes. This role will also require the Business Analyst to travel to other offices along the south coast at times, to help assist on other projects. You will be a critical member of the Strategy Implementation Team as the business rolls out an ambitious growth strategy.

Role Overview
*Identify efficiency and customer engagement gaps
*Assist with the design of technology and process improvement initiatives to enhance the work flow and address customer needs
*Define user requirement specifications for enhancements to the current ERP, identifying business solutions that meet requirements within scope, budget, and time
*Co-ordinate from the business side the company's selection and implementation of a new ERP system, in conjunction with the system providers (full life-cycle)
*Lead projects and report budget, timeline and KPIs across all business improvement initiatives
*Facilitate effective communication of requirements and solutions between technology providers and the business users
*Devise and implement quality control processes to record, measure and report on customer satisfaction and service levels
*Create SOP collateral and user guides to enhance training and quality assurance
