We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us full time for 9 months, as a HR Shared Services Administrator within the Recruitment Hub. We'd like you to deliver a high quality professional service to our managers and external candidates.

It is a great time to join Sense; this role will be based at our brand new purpose built centre - TouchBase Pears!

About the role 
Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will focus on the beginning of a new employee’s relationship with Sense. With a friendly and efficient manner, you will administer the recruitment and on-boarding process for our new starters. You will be responsible for undertaking the pre-employment process and welcoming them to the Sense team.

It’s really important to us to ensure that all applicants have a great candidate experience. We pride ourselves on working together to provide excellent support to all our managers and achieve successful recruitment campaigns.

This role is offered on a fixed term 9 month contract.

You will be joining a fantastic friendly team who are ready and willing to help you settle into your new role!

About you 
It would be great if you have experience of the recruitment process, although it isn’t essential. However, you will possess excellent communication skills and be dedicated to providing great customer service. You will be proficient in word and data processing with proven experience of working in a busy administrative team; ideally a HR function.

You will be highly organised and place an emphasis on quality and accuracy. You will be able to build effective working relationships, able to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with others and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
