Summary of Department Focus:
Provide Quality Engineering and Assurance services to client from various business domains. The aim is to provide best in class end to end service to help clients deliver quality product/processes for their customers.
Summary of Job Purpose:
The client is rapidly transforming into a Digitally-led business on a massive scale in order that we can serve customers better. We are looking for a Test Analyst for on-going projects for Digital Banking, who will ensure Business Releases are error free with minimal disruption to the Service operations of the Bank
Job Requirements
•Ability to work on multiple projects
•Good team player
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to help the team members
•Ability to communicate risks and issues effectively
•Testing activities and processes
•Knowledge of estimation, planning, preparation, execution and reporting to closure
•Defect management activities
Knowledge
•Knowledge of Automation tools like Selenium Webdriver, Appium, IBM-RIT
•Functional testing for applying savings accounts online
•Monitoring transactions and validating it
•Knowledge on any Mobile banking app (Functional+Automation)
•Knowledge on Agile methodology
Key Responsibilities
•Requirement Analysis
•Create test deliverables like test scenarios, test scripts
•Interactions with Development, Business, Environment and other support teams
•Collate risks, issues and recommend mitigation strategies. Seek Test manager help in case of blockers
•Input to key test deliverables (i.e., Master Test Plan, Detailed Test Plans, End of Test Report)
•Defect Management
•Input to Daily / Weekly status reports
Qualifications
•Graduate.
•Additional testing qualification preferred such as ISTQB Foundation certification.
