My client a leading IT services organisation are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator to be based at their offices in Peterborough.

The ideal candidate should be at an admin level with previous HR experience and an interest in Learning and Development

The role focuses on providing first class admin support for all aspects of learning and development administration. Also, occasional project work will be required.

Key aspects of the role:

  • Accurately input and maintain employee information on the HR systems.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information and reports.
  • Carry out data cleansing as required.
  • Facilitate, support and grow apprenticeship programmes
  • Facilitate and oversee training requests for internal and external courses
  • Maintain and administer access to E-learning systems including overseeing the subscription process.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent IT skills in all Microsoft Office Systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • HRIS Experience and knowledge
  • Part CIPD qualification preferable
  • Experience in IT sector desirable

The salary is up to GBP20,000 depending on experience.
