The successful candidate will play a key role in providing all aspects of sales support to the Business Development team and the broader operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with existing clients of the business to ensure effective service delivery to the client base.
- Gather the required information necessary in order to best handle customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are managed properly and escalate when appropriate.
- Support the broader sales team on all aspects of business development and service delivery.
Required Qualities/Skills:
- Must have high energy level, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, confidence
- IT literate, with experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook etC.
- Must have excellent listening and research skills
- Must have excellent Customer Service Skills
- Must have superb verbal and written skills
- Must have strong documentation skills
- Must have the ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence
