Hotcha is a company well on its way to becoming the first national Chinese Takeaway and Delivery chain with stores already in Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Yate, Liverpool and Exeter and opening soon in Cardiff, Newbury and Bournemouth. Due to this rapid expansion, we are now recruiting for delivery drivers.
We are looking for motivated, energetic, dynamic individuals who will contribute to the store operation by providing excellent customer service and delivering orders swiftly to the customer's door. No experience is required as we provide tailored training and development programmes to suit your needs and skills. Moreover, we have great career opportunities if you wish to grow and develop with us.

BENEFITS:
Under 25 years old: GBP7.05 per hour; 25 years old or over: GBP7.50 per hour
GBP1 paid per delivery on top of your hourly rate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Upholding a positive brand image
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Delivering orders swiftly, safely and securely to the customer's door
Handling orders placed by telephone and over the counter
Dealing with customer queries
Assisting the in-store team as and when required
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Polite, service driven and ready to go the extra mile for our customers
Passionate about food and willing to get involved with all aspects of the store operation
Own vehicle with insurance, MOT & tax
Satnav or smart phone with maps
Full driving licence held with no more than 6 points and no bans in the last 5 years
Own Insurance held to qualify for the company business insurance
Available to work weekend evenings and bank holidays
Good knowledge of local area
Good level of spoken English
