Plumbing Assessor- Sussex Coast College Hastings

As a leading FE College and one of the largest providers of Apprenticeships in the South East, Sussex Coast College Hastings is currently recruiting for a full time Plumbing Assessor.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience assessing NVQs in Plumbing up to level 3
• Have experience working on a 1-2-1 basis or small groups
• Hold an A1 Assessors qualification or equivalent
• Have a background/ qualification in Level 3 Plumbing
• Be willing to travel in and around the local area
• Have experience or willingness to use an e-portfolio system

Main duties:

• Conduct assessment needs of learners
• Provide appropriate information, advice, teaching and learning relevant to the individual
• Work closely with employers and curriculum staff to ensure timely completion and achievement
• Plan, manage & organize a caseload of learners
